National leagues for team sports will be supported. Regional sports clubs will be established under local khokimiyats. The work on identification, selection and choosing talented youth on the basis of the electronic system “ERP Sport” will be organized.

Attention will be paid to creating additional conditions for young people to engage in regular sports activities.

Depending on the number of young people involved and the results achieved, the employees of sports schools will be paid bonuses. Also, considering the available infrastructure, institutions will be specializing gradually for certain types of sports.

The position of a coach-selector for mass sports will be introduced in sports schools, to which up to five mahallas and educational institutions will be assigned. Coaches who have organized circles in the mahallas will be additionally encouraged.
