On July 2, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Tbilisi on a state visit at the invitation of Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze.
As previously reported, the capital of Georgia will host high-level bilateral talks.
The agenda will focus on further strengthening Uzbek-Georgian relations of friendship and expanding multifaceted partnership.
The program also includes participation in a series of cultural and humanitarian events.
