At the invitation of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic Robert Fico will pay an official visit to our country on June 8-10.
In accordance with the program of his visit, high-level talks will be held in Tashkent, during which issues of further development of Uzbek-Slovak multifaceted cooperation will be discussed.
Particular attention will be paid to expanding partnership in priority areas – trade, investment and innovation, agriculture, industry, energy, tourism. Issues of cooperation in the field of organized labor migration, cultural, humanitarian and educational spheres will be considered. Exchange of views on international agenda issues, including mutual support at multilateral platforms will take place.
Following the meeting of the leaders of the two states, the signing of documents aimed at developing Uzbek-Slovak mutually beneficial cooperation is envisaged.
As part of the program of his stay, Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico will also take part in the IV Tashkent International Investment Forum.
