In this context, the need to improve the quality of staff training and to send specialists to countries with advanced design schools, such as Italy, to enhance their experience was highlighted. The need to study and forecast the market and to support entrepreneurs in this respect was also underlined.

The enterprise has a monocentre where workers are trained. Today, the company employs 800 women.

The Indenim Textile Cluster has created a chain for growing and processing cotton, producing yarn, sewing and selling clothes. These facilities employ 9,000 people.

The Head of State was informed of the company’s future plans. In the future it is planned to increase the volume of spinning and dyeing of fabrics and clothing production. A total of $55 million is to be invested for this purpose. As a result, another 10,000 new jobs are expected to be created.
