The sides noted that the holding’s major investments in Uzbekistan’s soft drink and automotive industries clearly demonstrate its confidence in the country’s ongoing reforms.
They discussed additional investment projects to modernize the SamAuto plant in Samarkand, expand its production capacity, and increase exports.
The meeting also addressed promising areas of cooperation, including the entry of a major Turkish retail chain into the Uzbek market, the construction of a livestock complex, and the establishment of meat and dairy production.
