The Head of State got acquainted with the activities of joint Uzbek-Singaporean enterprise “Technologies of realtime” in Zangiata district of Tashkent region.
The automotive industry is a major sector of our country. In recent years, the production of cars has increased almost threefold, it is expected that by the end of this year it will reach 460 thousand units. By 2030, it is planned to increase this figure to 1 million.
In order to eliminate the monopoly and develop competition, 2 new private enterprises and prestigious foreign brands have been involved in the industry. In general, today more than 20 plants produce dozens of types of cars, cargo and passenger vehicles.
Therefore, there is a high demand for spare parts in the industry. More than 300 enterprises are united into a single cooperative network in this area. One of them is “Technologies of real time” in Zangiata.
At the international industrial fair held on November 20, 2019 in Uzexpocenter, the President got acquainted with the company’s products and gave recommendations for further expansion of manufacturing. On this basis, a large-scale modernization was carried out here. Equipment from China, Russia, the Republic of Korea, Japan and the United States is installed in 12 factories. To date, more than 750 types of spare parts for running, transmission and control systems of 118 different brands of cars are produced.
220 jobs have been created here. Employees are trained at courses in a mono-centre established at the enterprise, and then hired.
The products are delivered throughout all of Uzbekistan. Particularly, 773 thousand spare parts for “Damas” and “Labo” cars were supplied to “Uzauto Motors” factory in Khorezm region.
A modern laboratory for technical inspection and testing of automotive spare parts has been created. The company’s products have international quality certificates, including IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2020 and BIOS General Motors.
Therefore, the company’s products are in high demand abroad. In particular, last year, spare parts worth $3 million were delivered to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates. Over the nine months of this year, more than $2 million worth of products were exported.
Also, since 2018, the company has been participating in international exhibitions held in Germany, the United Arab Emirates, China and Russia with its products. The Head of State got acquainted with the production process of the plant, talked to the workers. He examined samples of the ready made products at the showroom.
Here information on further plans was presented. In particular, an investment project worth $1.15 million will be implemented in 2025. As a result, the production of spare parts for new car brands such as BYD, Chery, Changan, Geely, Dongfeng will be mastered.
As a result of the project, 43 new jobs will be created, production capacity will increase from 180 thousand to 280 thousand units.
