The events of the working visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Astana ended.
Yesterday, on 3 July, the Head of our State held talks with the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, during which issues of further strengthening bilateral relations were discussed.
At a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, issues of expanding cooperation between the two countries were discussed.
Today, the President of our country took part in the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the SCO Plus meeting, at which he put forward a number of important proposals and initiatives, aimed at further expansion of multifaceted partnership in the space of the Organization.
Following the visit, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Oljas Bektenov and other officials saw off the Uzbek President at the Astana International Airport. The Head of our state departed for Tashkent.
