President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his wife arrived on an official visit to Budapest on October 3.
At the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, the state flags of Uzbekistan and Hungary were hoisted to meet our President, and a guard of honor was lined up.
The Uzbek Leader was met by the Minister of Economic Development of Hungary Marton Nagy and other officials.
The main events of the summit are scheduled for tomorrow, October 4. There will be a meeting with the President of Hungary Katalin Novak. After that President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Viktor Orban will hold talks in a one-on-one and delegation-level formats. As a result, a solid package of bilateral documents is expected to be signed.
The visit program of our President also includes a “round table” with the heads of high-profile companies and financial structures of Hungary.
