The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev successfully completed his working visit to Beijing.
During the visit, the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held negotiations with the Chairman of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping and the President of Vietnam Vo Van Thuong.
Meetings were also held with the Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, as well as with the heads of leading Chinese corporations such as «Ameri International», «CAMCE», «China Energy», and «State Grid».
The President of Uzbekistan, with his spouse, attended the ceremonial meeting of participants of the Third Belt and Road International Forum.
During the anniversary ceremonial opening of the Forum, the Head of our State gave a speech in its plenary session which was dedicated to the matters of “green” development and shared his insights on the further enhancing existing partnership with China and other participants of “Belt and Road”.
After the completion of the event, at the Shoudu International Airport, the distinguisged guests were accompanied by the Minister of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China Wang Xiangxi and other officials. The Head of our State arrived in Tashkent.
