Current issues of bilateral relations and regional cooperation were discussed.
The development of constructive political dialogue and effective interdepartmental relations was noted with particular satisfaction. The volume of mutual trade is increasing, the project of establishing the border zone “Khorazm-Tashovuz” is being jointly implemented. The cooperation in the fields of energy and transport is being strengthened. The Days of Turkmen Culture will take place in our capital in October.
The Presidents of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan exchanged views on expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in Central Asia, including within the framework of current multilateral formats.
