At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has left for a working visit to Baku to participate in the Summit of the UN Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA).
