On July 5-6, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to this country.
The Head of our state will participate in the Informal Summit of the Organization of Turkic States on the theme “Building a Sustainable Future through Transport Connectivity and Climate Action” held in Shusha.
The summit will consider issues of further expansion of multilateral cooperation, especially in trade and economic, transport, communications, investment and finance, as well as in the field of “green” economy, renewable energy, combating climate change and developing human capital.
The Heads of delegations will also consider relevant issues on the international and regional agenda.
Several agreements are expected to be signed by the end of the event.
