President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev completed his working visit to the city of Ashgabat and departed to Tashkent.
The Head of our State was seen off at the airport by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
At the International Forum dedicated to the 300th anniversary of a Turkmen poet and philosopher Magtymguly Fragi’s birthday, President of Uzbekistan particularly emphasized the importance of the poet’s legacy in strengthening the ties of understanding between the nations.
On the sidelines of the event, the President of our country held meetings with the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian.
