President of Uzbekistan highlights the importance of expanding cooperation with ICESCO

On the margins of the climate summit in Baku, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Salim al-Malik, Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO).

Matters of expanding practical cooperation and promoting joint humanitarian projects were discussed.

The importance of the soonest establishment of a national commission on cooperation with ICESCO was noted.
